Return Window
Most items purchased from Camping Country can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The return window begins from the date your order is delivered to you.
Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return
Returning or exchanging items from Camping Country is straightforward:

- 2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
- 3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with all documentation
- 4. Ship the item to the address provided with your return authorization
- 5. Receive your refund or exchange once the item is received and inspected
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we're happy to help. Exchanges follow the same process as returns—contact our team to arrange the exchange and we'll work with you to get the correct item shipped out.
If the exchange item is less expensive than the original, we'll refund the difference. If it's more expensive, we'll contact you to arrange payment for the difference.
Important Information
Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using tracked shipping to protect your return.
